People generally seem to feel that medical malpractice cannot really happen to them, where it is just something they see on tv at times. Even so the reality is that it does occur, and it may happen to you. Needless to say you don't want to consider it, but there are actually certain things you must do if you would like have any hope of winning a malpractice suit if things go to that, and if you are not doing those actions, the likelihood of winning a medical malpractice lawsuit are incredibly lean.
